1. Delivery Areas:

We deliver shoes to all governorates within Egypt.

2. Delivery Timeframes:

⦁ Cairo and major cities: Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
⦁ Upper Egypt and remote areas: Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
⦁ Please note that delivery times may vary depending on order processing, courier service availability, and customer location.
⦁ Express delivery options are available for an additional fee, with guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days in major cities.

3. Delivery Costs:

⦁ Standard delivery cost is determined accorcing to the area we deliver to.
⦁ Cash on delivery is available..

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number. You can track your order status on our website using this number or by contacting us. Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours of order confirmation.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

1. Eligible Products:
We accept returns for any unworn and undamaged shoes within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products are found to be used, damaged, or do not meet our return standards.
Exclusions:
The following items cannot be returned:

2. Timeframe:
You must initiate the return or exchange process within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after this timeframe.

3. Return Process:

⦁ They will issue you a Return Authorization Number valid for 14 days.
⦁ Securely pack the product in its original packaging and ensure the completed return slip is included.
⦁ Ship the product to us using the following return address: 29 Abaza ,El Mahkama square ,Heliopolis ,Cairo, Egypt
⦁ You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive and approve the returned product, we will issue you a full refund (excluding shipping costs) using your original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Exchanges:
You can exchange any product for a different size or color (subject to availability).
⦁ Follow the return steps mentioned above.
⦁ On the return slip, state the desired size or color for exchange.
⦁ We will ship the replacement product after processing your exchange.
⦁ We will cover the shipping cost for the first exchange within Egypt.
